Lolly is definately getting calmer, not sure what she was being fed on before so it may be that the bland chappie suits her very well - she has her mad play times but is very very happy to just snooze with the others on the beds or the sofa .... She is learning the word NO and she understands when she is told not to do something .... She has bonded beautifully with me and looks up lovingly all the time - she is a lovely lively girl who is settling into family life .... She will need training classes to keep up with her learning. Romi popped in this morning and she was definately a lot better than last week - noticeable difference

Ooooh it's just as well you don't rehome pups to people with jobs or I'd be seriously trying to rearrange my life to fit this little pup in! Cat friendly too. She's perfect! Lolly's the same colour as our old Rory was, but with cheeky eyes like Iggy's. I wasn't lucky enough to know my old friend Rory as a little puppy but I bet he would have looked like Lolly. Little Lolly is now totally fitting in with our house rules - she now sits for her dinner (instead of jumping up like she is on springs) .... she settles really well after a play and will just snooze the evening away. She is great on walks and loves to run and play but will come back when called. The only problem i cant seem to get rid of is she does like to poo in her crate which is quite unusual as most puppies dont like to poo in their beds ..... So i am using a big crate at the moment with her bed up one end and her poo pad up the other - she always gets in on the mat So this does need to be considered as obviously if you are squeemish about picking up poo, or bathing a pup who has trooden in poo then she is not the girlie for you - obviously with time this will stop, but just wanted people to be aware

If Lolly is to go to a home with another dog then this is what you should consider ..... thought it may help If she goes with another dog 18 months or younger she will want to play ALOT ...... (she does this with Elly) If she goes with another more settled dog say 2 years and above then she will play but will easily back down when told that enough is enough ... (she does this with Indy) If she goes with another very submissive dog she will tend to bully them ... (she does this with Dodger) My lot are great to assess a dog, i have all three situations Also she will need a secure garden with lots of room to run around in.
