I have just picked up the most gorgeous saluki x girlie from holding kennels this morning. She is thin, but it won't take long to get her back into condition. She is still losing a lot of puppy coat so would date her at around 15/18 months old. She has been in the wars a bit, with some scars on her legs, nicks out of her nose and face and legs. Someone has put iodine on her back legs as well on some scrapes, but she is doing well. Her teeth are very clean which makes me think she has been fed raw for a while. She came into the house, a bit whiffy, so straight up into the bath. She accepts everything you do and is just so gentle. A Winnie/Honey lookalike. The hounds here have accepted her immediately, and Elly hasn't growled at her One dinner down, just waiting for her to do a pee. She is still holding it in. But her tail is starting to come up a little. She does flinch when you raise a hand, but nothing that will make her nervous. She has met the neighbour's children and taken treats from their hands. An absolute poppet. And she smells so nice now. She has just come up to greet me. Gorgeous, truly gorgeous. She will be going over to Eve to be fostered with Phinn, later today. Some photos of arrival and bathtime.

It's becoming a precedent Eve. Please do.
Don't hurry round, she is absolutely no trouble and all our hounds love her, yep, ALL, even Elly. xx

sorry folks having some hassles with the uploads for the life of me I know not why. Words then Phin and Holly met in the garage space out side tey both greeted each other with so much tenderness in less than Nanno seconds they wanted to head off side by side into the house . Holly enjoyed yet another meal as advised by Mummy chook and oh boy can this lady countersurf when I cooked the grandchildrens fish & chips she sat and watced the over for every second of the 12 minutes
