Sasha has had a great first night. All is well, she has spread out on the sofa and has done lots of tail wagging. A few accidents as expected, but so well behaved and has learnt a lot of good habits from Donna and Mark we are so impressed. She wanted to have a play at five in the morning and did a massive jump onto our bed for a cuddle. She soon settled though and went back to her bed to sleep. She has been on two walks so far and been so good on the lead. Also hasn't pinched any food...yet. She did eye up my dinner yesterday but left it well alone. We both love her to bits and she is lapping up all the cuddles! She is meeting my parents dog Maddy (Saluki Lurcher, another rescue) on Tuesday so touch wood they become pals. Thank you Donna and Mark, we will send you some pictures in a week or two, have already taken millions Kirsten and Jon x

We look forward to further news of the lovely lass as & when, & particularly to some pics!

Lots more updates and lots more piccies please. D.x

brilliant news. well done all x yes itr me mummychook on my phone browser Thanks Jenny - now go back to being on holiday I heard from Jon this morning that Sasha's meeting with Maddy went well and, although they didn't become instant pals, there were no fisticuffs and both girls were very respectful Sasha also had her staples out this morning and was a sweetheart with the vet
