He has mellowed our Mr Grump (Snoopy) who now looks after him and protects him from Bran when they are playing a bit too roughly and I think he would love a more playful dog to romp about with.

Paddy was our 'Grumpus' - it took him a couple of weeks to get over himself, and now he's found that Jack is a like minded eejit to boing and rarrr with....there's no stopping him. Jess is looking wonderful, and soooo chilled out - it's great to see.

Jess is having a visitor tomorrow which has taken me a bit by surprise as we were supposed to meeting up with them on Saturday. I will have to make the most of our walk tomorrow morning.
They had such fun this morning; it was a beautiful morning and all they did was run. Poor Jess even got chased this morning which caught him off guard jas normally he is doing all the chasing.

It's never easy letting them go is it But what a terrific home offer with a vet nurse as a mum and plenty of long walks and a best mate. I think it is only when you see them in their new home that you feel easier.

He was always going; as much as I am a soft touch and love my animals, I can be quite tough when I set my mind to it. We have thought about keeping him, obviously, but if we keep Jess we can't foster any more.
I'll be honest I am not looking forward to tomorrow at all, but at least I know we've brought him on to be a lovely pup and he will make his new mum and dad and especially the children very happy.
I won't miss the chewed up cardboard in my lounge that's for certain. ;D

We know he has gone to a good home where he will be cared for, and sounds like he will have a great life. But, going by how Lesley sounded when she called me to tell me he had gone, she has found it really hard to see him go

I can just imagine I only had Holly for just over two weeks and I felt upset because I miss her, but then happy that she has gone to a nice lady. And I think the nice part is that you get to meet the new owners. Maybe by the time you get to foster dog number 20 its not so bad.

All you foster people are doing such a brilliant job, it must be really hard sometimes letting them go .................... For this reason I would not be able to do any fostering as my heart would be involved too much........... Anyway, let's try and look forward to some piccies from lovely little Jess in his new forever home with his family, shall we? Viviane. X

I remember getting Bonnie in a carpark. Barney and me were so choked we couldn't talk to each other. Barney for losing her and me for seeming like stealing her. Bonnie had already jumped in my car and was sat on the Parcel shelf. Sam just stood about. It must be very hard to foster, but very worthshile. Joy
