Due to personal circumstances Molly's mum has to rehome her. No fault of Molly, but it will be urgent in about 4 weeks time. Molly is a rough coated grey, white and black lurcher (medium/large in size). She will be two in April and is micro chipped but is not spayed (she has only had one season). Anyone taking on Molly will have to sign a neutering agreement for imminent neutering. She is a very affectionate dog and very good natured. She is still quite 'young' and does get quite excitable when visitors turn up or if she meets people and dogs on walks. She does need lots of exercise. She is good and used to children (the owner has twin neices aged seven she sees a lot of) and other dogs. and also has a cat which she just ignores!

Things have got desperate for Molly's owner, and we have now brought Molly in for fostering with new Foster Jackie in Hampshire. And.. if things go well I don't think Molly will be moving again. Wish Jackie well and welcome to SLR . xx
(See post further down. Molly still needs that forever home)

Welcome to SLR Jackie. Hope it all works out well with you and Molly, and if it turns out that she is not the dog for you then I'm sure a cat-friendly rough-coat girlie won't be waiting around for long!

Well done Jackie. So sad for Mollie's owner, having to give her up. Some photos would be lovely x

I can see collie in there. Looking forward to meeting her later when we deliver the crate.

I can see collie in there. Me too. She is very much like Doodles who my friend Pauline adopted recently.

I can see collie in there. Looking forward to meeting her later when we deliver the crate. Yes there certainly is a lot of border collie. she's an absolute delight. Very bouncy but quick learner. Walks are a tad boring at the moment as she's on heat and isn't brilliant on the lead gets very distracted. Early days. Absolutely entranced by the swans at the bottom of my garden!

Hello Jenny. The delightful Heather and Robin have just left. Extremely helpful and supportive. Molly was very welcoming too!

Not sure my morning spent training 'no dogs on sofas' has worked!

Especially a bitch on heat! Took her for a lovely walk. Jenny she is such a poppet. Shame she's on a different time zone to GMT. Thinks the morning starts at 05.30 and is extremely vocal.

Ooh ek! Try making her wait just five minutes and then increase it so that she doesn't think being verbal works. xx
