I'm finding it really hard to see the lovely Sky walking away to her new life. She's the happiest, most easy-going dog I've ever known. Her happy, confident energy rubbed off on me and my pack, and she'll be sorely missed. She's going to the perfect family where she'll be much-loved and have a happy, exciting life. There is one spark of gladness at an otherwise very tearful time for me, and that is that she'll only be a few streets away so I'll be able to get a periodic fix of love and happiness from this lovely girl. Bring your happiness to your new family, sweet Sky, and come and see me again soon xxx

Very happy for Skye and her new family. Well done to everyone who has helped this girl to her new life, especially Christine who works so hard with her fosters. There'll be another little waif that needs your special skills before long, Christine.

Exactly what Ro said, you are an amazing lady and work wonders with all your foster babies. Loads of hugs and I'm glad you will still get to see this little girl. Be happy in your new life Skye xx

Big hugs, Christine. Virtual tissues on the way! You are such a great foster mum and help dogs to their new forever sofa. At least you will still see Skye which is great. They all take a piece of your heart but they will be happy adjusted Dogs thanks to you. Xx

Another fantastic result Christine, although I know full well how sad you are feeling too. How nice that she is living locally and that you will get to see her from time to time. Be happy in your forever home lovely Skye xx

That's lovely that you'll be able to see her. I have yet to experience the sadness of letting a foster go

We are the very happy adopters of Skye. Many thanks to Christine and Jenny. I count myself very lucky to be able to give Skye a permanent home and also to make friends with Christine, Alice, Comet and Daisy. Looking forward to many shared walkies.
