It will be so good when she can have a play in the garden. I've had to move all the toys as she gets too excited when she sees them! Olive in the garden after breakfast

Roll on the day she can run and play and enjoy life. She doesn't look so 'haunted and sad' now.

Oh Casey, I really sympathise with you. Bebe wanted to play. It's a good sign she wants to play but I bet you feel mean stopping her. Bebe loved kongs and antler chews. It'll be so worth it when she's healed....both physically and emotionally.

Olive was spayed last week and had her leg x-rayed at the same time. The operation went well but although the leg is healing she still needs another 3 weeks with the leg bandaged and crate rest. Her skin has really improved (it's thought that she had sarcoptic mange) and her fur is growing back nicely. The dressing is being changed every 3 days and the skin underneath is continuing to improve. Olive is developing a bit of a cheeky character and I think she's going to be a whirlwind when she's able to go in the garden off the lead.

I'm looking forward to seeing pics of her looking all shiny ... Wow, what a difference a couple of months of TLC has made! She looks a different dog from when she came in.

I'm looking forward to seeing pics of her looking all shiny and playing, no more cast and crate! But, that said, she already looks happier than when she arrived! Well done KC, it must be hard having to stick to crate rest for both of you. I agree. She looks so much happier and relaxed than when we first saw her. Keep up the good work and she'll soon be mended and tearing around like crazy!!!

I think her eyes have a shine to them now, and she does not have that harrowing look. Well done Casey you are doing a marvellous job. Sending more strong healing vibes to Olive
