Grace has settle so well with you Claire so happy days for everyone
I am glad I was in Norfolk at the time and managed to do a quick home check for Jenny I could see you are a natural with dogs Claire and you would be a good at being a foster carer but after reading your words below maybe not for much longer
Well, it's 6 weeks now and Jasper is starting to realise that Gracie is not just here for a holiday!
Is that a failed foster coming up lets hope so would be the best ending ever for Grace

Lol! :-) I'm not considering that at the moment Jean.
Grace is a lovely girl, but she really is most comfortable with a quiet, familiar life so that she knows where she is. Her difficulty with people means I put a lot of effort into managing life for her at the moment, which I don't mind in the least, but it is having a knock-on effect on Jasper's quality of life - and he was here first.
When I made the decision to offer to foster her it was always going to be for however long it took to find her a forever home, and I'm still committed to that. But I do think she would be better off in a nice quiet home where she is the constant centre of attention, or can at least share the sofa with a more like-minded doggie :-)

Thought I'd share a couple of Gracie photos :-)
Such a lovely face!
And this is a new thing - lying in the puddle while having a well-earned drink!
Grace continues to do really well and is enjoying some good zoomies :-) She's doing OK meeting people out on walks, although she can still be a bit of a bully with the smaller dogs. She has calmed down a lot and is happy trotting along with me most of the time.
There are loads of great photos I would love to get of her, but I never seem to have the camera out at the right time...
