Great to hear that this little man is having a fun time. It must have been hard for both dogs if one of them is not happy, but Paxty now seems to have found the perfect playmate

So happy he is settled. He definitely looks angelic when he is asleep. So long as boundaries are set and he gets plenty of stimulation and exercise he'll do anything you want.
Regarding pronounciation the TX is the same as a CH in English.
So Patxi is almost the same as Patchy.

Well done Gem for letting him into your abode and having such fun with him!
Just what he needed, a lady friend to keep him occupied and how wonderful that you were there when he was so desparate to move on. Young energetic boys are often better with girls to keep them in their place.

Hopefully once his protein levels come down he will be calmer!

We met him when he was at home and this is just what this bouncy boy needed. Thank goodness Gem has as much energy as him and I'm sure this will bring a tear to his family.
This really was "meant to be!"

This really was "meant to be!" Emma is a stop-gap Heather. He is going to Christine, new foster, for fostering and possibly adoption if he likes being with them.

Wonderful photos and video. Watching Pax play I realise it was definite the right decision to re foster him so quickly. Wishing him all the happiness and fun in the world. X

I'm exhausted just watching the video, realising that the playing went on and on and on much longer.
Good luck today Paxti. Enjoy the next leg of your SLR adventure.
It's going to be so very quiet where you're leaving.

It was just what he needed. Gem doesn't take any prisoners and is so good at lurcher play. x

Yes, I realise Emma is stop gap but I just meant she was there for him when he was an emergency but otherwise couldn't help as normally working. Fate, there for him and the two dogs are happy together.

Paxti/Patchi is now in his new home. It was lovely having him to stay and he is a truly gorgeous boy with a beautiful nature, you can tell he has been very loved. He is very barky on the lead where he wants to shout out to every dog 'I'm here, come and play with me'! So hopefully with a bit more socialising which I'm sure Christine is going to do he will learn to communicate his urge to play more quietly! All very quiet here tonight, amazing how quickly you get used to an extra hound in the house! Good luck Paxti, it was fun having you and hopefully we will see you at one of the walks xx
