When Hamish arrived he was sqitty, and Aly put him on Royal Canin Gastro-intestinal food - tinned and kibble. He was better in about 2 days, and has been fine on normal food ever since.

Antibiotics. Double injection by the vet and a course of tablets. Poo before bed. My fault that it was inside. A big pee at 04:30. The rest of the night snuggled up with me. Over-slept to 08:15.
Buttercup, as named by the kennel maids and we find fits her and is starting to work, is become a dog. Being able to control her poos. Snoozing and sleeping. Lots of Joey magic. Sniffing around the garden. Playing! Well, trying to. Joey's encouraging her. She gets out of breath immediately. Joey just pauses. Never pushes or threatens. Ringo tries to be invisible.
I think the poo-poo train should have left the station by this afternoon.
I think all 5 of us will be upstairs at bedtime tonight.
I think I might get some work done today. Got lots of photos, but more todos.

Good to know things are settling down on the poo front. Sounds like Joey is being a great temp foster bro.

Thank goodness the poos are settling down. 'Spent the night cuddled up with me' - you are a big softy after all, Simon.

I realise you're teasing me Heather, but I can't help myself,,, and must repsond. Cuddles, sofas, beds etc, aren't in themselves being soft. The dog has to earn it. The price varies. Calm & respect are the usual basics with us. Buttercup's got a very hefty discount scheme running at the moment, but it's not 'free', even for her. Though she deserves some free stuff, we don't want to give Elaine and Bruce a spoilt brat. Could be fun though! :snigger: No alpha dogs in this house. Just a happy pack.

Glad to hear the poo-machine is getting under control... I'm sure you all feel better for it! Sounds like Joey is enjoying not being the youngster for a while

Lovely update, hope the poo monster is vanquished! I think Elaine & Bruce owe you one for that you know. And, eeeeerrrrrmmm....Ringo....invisible? Now that I'd like to see...oh, er, where is he?? Bless the boys (and you) for making Buttercup feel welcome.

Last night with R&J. No toilet issues. All chill 'n' relax. Over to Elaine, as of a couple of hours ago at South Mimms. Buttercup travelled very well.
