Great movie, she really is the cutest bundle of fun. I thoroughly enjoyed watching it and hope she soon gets a super home. (Is Jenny being deluged with applications yet after this?)

I wanted people to be able to see what a happy, fun little pup she is so hopefully someone will see the video and fall in love with her. Fingers crossed!

I thought this special little girl deserved her own Bambi movie... so here it is: Bambi - the (other) Movie O.M.G. That was totally totally brilliant. What a little star. xxx

All I can say is that Bambi the Movie is brilliant. It made me laugh and sniffle (getting soft in my old age!) in equal measure. What a delightful little girl she is and a bundle of fun. The choice of music was inspired! Thank you for looking after her so well Christine and for Bambi!! x

Bambi had her 2nd and last vaccine today so she's ready to start going for walks this weekend. Hoping to meet up with Philipa and Zephyr and take her to the basketball court at Tadley Common which is totally enclosed to see what she does when she's let off the lead. She's got used to Alice trying to eat her head so I've no doubt she'll be happy with Zephyr. The good news is she now weighs 8.5 kilos compared to the 6.5 when she came into the vets... no wonder she feels like a little pudding when I pick her up.
She's also doing very well with her toilet training. She always does a little pee when I take her outside and say "go on". She also knows to sit and wait (rather than jumping up) when we go through doors, and best of all she sits to wait for her food. Given that she eats like she's been starved (which of course she had been!) it's amazing that she will sit before I put the food bowl down. I only had to say it a few times and she learned... she's a clever little girl and will learn fast. Oh, and she still has that adorable little smile on her face all the time.

That Movie must be the single cutest thing I have ever seen! Bambi -what a cute name for such a cute dog!! I can't believe she is still here. I have to ask (because I am tempted, seriously, tempted) has she had any experience with cats? (did I ask already!?) She is obviously thriving!

I have to ask (because I am tempted, seriously, tempted) has she had any experience with cats? (did I ask already!?) She is obviously thriving! I've not seen her with cats so far as she's not been allowed out until her second vaccines. But now they've been done she's allowed out for her first walk. We're meeting up with Maxine and Dexter tomorrow for her first ever walk outside and on Saturday with Philipa and Zephyr and on Sunday with Vicki and Trixie and Milo.... phew!!! I don't know anyone with a cat so it's going to be difficult to test her out, but she's going to stay with Philipa for a holiday for a few days next week so it will be interesting to see what she makes of Philipa's cat. She's a really confident, happy little girl and is not intimidated by my 3 dogs. She loves Alice the best and plays with her lots, especially in the garden. She snuggles up to Alice whenever she can so another dog is a must for this little minx!

As she is a pup, I will try an introduction to my cat, Boris, when she comes to stay next week. I haven't done it with my other fosters as Boris is not very confident.

We all got to see Bambi the teeny movie star for real! She is way beyond just regular gorgeous - Andy and I both wanted to dognap her! The loveliest thing, apart from her melty expressions and happy little demeanour was her rapid assessment of what was required of her from the other dogs. She is obviously at one of the best dog-boarding schools around and her teachers, Comet, Daisy and Alice are all very kind, sensible souls, teaching her how to behave around other dogs so well. I think Christine might have something to do with it too All those legs tied up at the top by that scrummy little body and stunning wee face! Right. Just going to get some of that foreign holiday stuff that firms everything back up because all this soppy puppy stuff is no good, no good at all. Will probably have to go back to the car park for my stiff upper lip and firm resolve because I'm sure that's where I last saw it.

That's such a lovely posting Maxine. Little Bambi has a face to melt any heart, for sure, and she's such a happy little girl. I hope it won't be too long before someone does dognap her. She's at just the right age to adapt in a happy and easy way and this little girl learns fast!

Bambi has arrived for her little holiday chez Zephyr. Zephyr has accepted her well and they have both had a chew, kindly supplied by Christine. Zephyr is confused because he finished his 10 minutes ago and Bambi is still chewing hers.
I am hoping to take her on a playdate tomorrow. My friend has a little lurcher and a huge garden - hopefully they will have fun and I'll get a few pics.
