I would love to give Jingle a home. Will she be OK as the only canine member of the family, or does she need company? We don't have kids, but we do have dog friendly kids that visit sometimes. No cats...She looks beautiful We have had several applications for little Jingle. She is a really lovely natured dog. Just has a positive, sunny outlook, no baggage, very affectionate and I think she will respond well to training. I knew someone who used to refer to her friend as a 'good handbag' - which sounds a bit insulting but she meant you 'could take her anywhere' and she would be accepted. I think Jingle is the dog equivalent - she'll fit in well with all types of families.

Well we have woken up very bright. It wasn't even obvious that she needed her painkillers (very different from Pepsi who still felt very poorly) - pee'd and poo'd so hopefully the main issue during her recovery is going to be trying to keep her calm.
Weighed this little one yesterday - only 16.95 kg - of solid muscle.

Sounds like you'll have trouble keeping her calm and she'll be over the op very quickly

Hi - I'm not walking at the Common with Jingle because of the parvo case and she has only had her first vacc last week. But PM me and we can arrange a meet somewhere else - there's plenty to chose from. (I didn't recognise Harriet from that pic at first.)

Jingle is doing well. Her op scar is healing nicely and she is enjoying lots of walks in different places and loves her bedtime dentastix. She is a bit of a chewer but it tends to be bits of paper - so keep important documents out of her way. If you tell her NO, she obeys. She is very sweet natured and likes a bit of a cuddle.

Jingle is at the vet tomorrow for her post op check and second vacc. Pretty sure it will be ok - she is fit as a flea and her scar is already looking healed.
So a little sum up of Jingle
Good Points - Very affectionate, likes her cuddles - Loves other dogs, greets nicely, not too over the top. She is not fearful of dogs at all. - Playful although she and Zephyr are a bit of a mismatch so the games don't go very far, she loves to dash from end to end of the room, jump on the sofa, round the floor again etc. Zephyr stands there and wags his tail and barks. - Travels fine in the car - Eats well, no dietary issues that I can see - Smart and biddable enough to train - sweet natured but cheeky
Needs work - a bit of a chewer so I always remove mobiles, remotes, documents, pens etc out of reach other wise you may find them in bits. - needs heel work training. She pulls, isn't too strong but she will be perfectly capable of learning not to. I do discourage it on walks but haven't done any specific training sessions - occasional accident in house still but it is improving and I think is a security issue which will resolve itself once she is in a stable home and fully adapted to a routine. - will steal food, from under your nose if given a chance
This girl will be a pretty easy pet. She has very little baggage and is young and clever enough to fit into a new home without probems.
