Hello All. We're still following Molly's progress. The photo shoot pictures are almost too much for my heart to take <3 <3 <3 My 9 year old daughter has been following the thread too and is a little bit worried that you all think we didn't love her or that it was unfair that we gave her up. If anyone could reassure her that the decision was the right thing for Molly and that we let her go because we loved her, then that would be a big comfort to her. Thank you xx Hi Vicky, I know that it was hard for you to say goodbye to Molly and that you did it for her good. It was obvious to me that she was much-loved but you knew that giving her up was the best thing for her. Loving our dogs is sometimes not enough if we can't give them the sort of time and life that they need - especially the terrier types. I know that she is being fostered in the most loving home and has been making good progress with her training and is enjoying life as part of a pack. I hope it won't be too long before she finds her forever home but in the meantime you and your family can rest assured that she is well and happy and we all know and appreciate the sacrifice you made in giving her up.

Hi Vicky, You absolutely did the right thing for Molly, and the hardest decision any dog lover has to make. I guess you had no idea what start she had in life and in taking her on with all her baggage with all the right intentions was a lovely thing to do. Molly is a handful at times, she is lurcher with the delightful mix of terrier, adorable with a determined mind! I am very fortunate to be in a position to be with her most of the day, she is learning alot from my own dogs too. I have years of terrier and sighthound experience so am on her case. I can see and would testify that Miss Molly has been very loved. The beautiful letter your daughter wrote, shone with love for her and made me cry! I can understand how difficult it was for you as a family to give this sweet girl up and i can reassure you that I won't part with her till the right home is found for her. love Claire xx

There is the ideal home out there for her somewhere and SLR will find it for her.

Molly is so much better on walks now. Playing nicely with others...as long as they don't try to steal her ball

She's in a great place. Getting her socialised, loved and well cared for. Well done Claire, hubby, mum, dogs and all in your busy yet incongruously calm home. Where is Molly's permanent couch?! It needn't be a big one...

it would be lovely if she could find a new forever home and then you would be able to foster again, but sometimes life takes over and you have to go with fate! Only time will tell

I took Molly to the vets as Stella needed her post op check. I wasn't sure how she would cope with all the dogs and cats coming and going. She handled it beautifully. Very calm. Lots of fuss from everyone, said hello nicely to other dogs and ignored the meows coming out of baskets. Gold star to Molly today ☆☆☆

Well done Molly. Took Rowlf to the vets for his jabs today - not so good, there was a retriever with a cone on in the waiting room and R barked the place down!!!
