Very pleased about little Belle finding her family. A real cutie. When Zephyr has an expression like the one that Falco has in the pic 4th from last I know he is happy so it looks like Falco is super pleased about it too.

One week on: We have given beautiful Belle a new name, mainly because our best friends have a daughter called Bella and it felt a bit strange! We have named her 'Fosse' after a beautiful waterfall up in the North Yorkshire Moors. She is so sweet, we love her. She is much calmer than number 1 (Falco) ever was, she seems so easy compared to him at that age! She LOVES Falco. They have a wonderful dogship together, i love to watch them playing. She loves to be out on a walk, is always on the look out for food and gives wonderful hugs. She is quite the eye turner, with her wall eye and long lanky legs. She seems to have grown enormously in just a week, I would think she will be at least as tall as Falco when she is done growing, if not taller. We have been walking her of lead when it is safe to do so and her recall so far has been fantastic. I don't leave the house without something very tasty on my pocket and she knows that! Falco has been off lead where it is safe from 3mths old and food was absolutely the key to the unfaltering attention he paid to me whilst we were out. Now at 18mths I rarely carry treats for him as he is so good, plus a tennis ball is his ultimate reward. He thinks it is wonderful that i am suddenly carrying liver treats and sausages again and cannot resist showing off at any opportunity to get something, Fosse immediately copies him! She loves to run after Falco but isn't bothered about the ball. She also is a 'lazy' runner, chasing for a bit then lying down and waiting for Falco to finish his loop and head back before going for him again. Again so different to no.1 who has always had legs for LONG LONG Zoomies. A couple of weeks ago I took a 10 mile run in the woods with a friend and took Falco with me. He was off lead and so must have run twice what we did in addition to the absolutely mad zoomies he did with a saluki greyhound cross that we met. When we had finished he wasn't panting and looked rather displeased that we were leaving already! In comparison to Falco our sweet Fosse is a couch potato! Maybe she will grow into her legs on day Anyway here are some out and about photos of the lovely lady.... Spot the dogs at the front of the pack
