Huge thanks Rachel. There is absolutely no way that this boy is going as an only dog. He deserves the very best and we will get it. xx

Well we managed to get some pictures of Jake stood still!! We are very lucky to live near Salisbury Plain, which is a great place to practice Jakes recall(something he has learned very quickly, clever little chap). He is not long back from a run, he came straight in and stretched out across three seats on the sofa He is still dinky, around 18" and we dont think he's got much more growing to do, even at around 8 months old. Luckily he doesn't go too far when he's off lead or we'd lose him in the long grass His confidence around people continues to grow, he will happily greet visitors at the door now, whether he's met them before or not. He loves meeting other dogs when he's out and about, but he will pull on the lead if he sees another dog, he just wants to say hello to everybody! He loves the company of others, dogs and people, and he is super-affectionate. Jake definitely thinks he's a lapdog!

Beautiful photos of a very happy looking Jake. Well done with the recall and boosting his confidence. You are obviously doing a great job. I am sure he is going to make a wonderful companion for a lucky family.

Height update, we think Jake's closer to 19"-20" to the shoulder, but he's scared of the tape measure so it's hard to be terribly accurate Good things come in small packages!

Fabulous photos. Remarkable transformation in the guy's outward demeanour. Very well done. Very small and very well proportioned.

We have just been watching a programme about farming, and Jake thinks there are cows in our living room! He keeps sniffing the TV screen then running round the back to see where they've gone :-D Training Jake to walk nicely on the lead is going really well, he's already calming down when he passes another dog now, and hardly pulls.
