Somewhere out there is a family who will dote on him. He would love an owner who is housebound, but has some land and a member of the family who would be happy to run/jog out with him. He loves people and is great with the foster children. He definitely wants to be an only dog. xxx

Ok so another update on scoobs he is a people dog he loves people who will give him loves and cuddle up to him. he has learnt to sit before his meals eventually He he loves food toys and will happily amuse himself with toys. he sleeps happily in his crate at night and if we go out for a bit. he is clever and will open doors, windows etc at any chance. he has been seeing Paul the behaviourist and we are working on his dog issues. his ideal home would be someone with a large garden where he can burn off his energy. prob over fours for children as he can get a bit ott with play someone he can devote himself to he will form a very strong attachment with someone. he will be a on lead only dog. he needs to be a only dog he needs to be muzzled at present if out. he needs to avoid the park or where there are dogs off lead. he will need a experienced owner and someone willing to have the time to spend working with him. He is a happy little chap and gets great pleasure from toys and will happily bring u a ball and chase it for ages when we got to the enclosed field.

I hope people arent put off because he is reactive on lead. Trip and Maisie are exactly the same but we have a 1/2 acre garden where they run laps, racey chasey and general silliness. When it comes to walks we are on lead at all times. We stick to the country lanes and local public footpaths and have great walks. They are very happy and healthy dogs.

Scooby sounds like my Cocoa. She is reactive to most other dogs when she meets them on a walk but is such a lovely dog at home and is friendly to all other dogs in the house. I do take her out on walks regularly but I choose my time and avoid walks that are too busy with lots of dogs. You have done so well with her Janine, I hope the right home comes along soon.

Gorgeous photos. I wish someone would just give him a chance, accept that he is going to take time to be less reactive to other male dogs when out and about, and see him for the loving dog that he is indoors. I know I have said it before, but someone who is housebound, with a very large garden and another dog to run and play with is what Scoobs needs. He is fine with the dogs that he lives with and dogs when he gets to know them. He just wants a chance to share love xx

I have sent a video of scooby to mc as pb Won't let me put it on this boy loves balls muzzle on or off and he will chase and throw a ball around for ages simple things please him it keeps him busy at the field for the whole time that he's knackered once we leave x I hope someone will give him a chance he is a sweetie indoors and loves to snuggle in with u and will stay curled up for hours. He adores hoomans and craves human affection though sometimes he has to learn that life isn't all about him and that fiver or snarlin can have cuddles. He loves to dead teddies and toys indoors and is normally seen screeching through the house with a teddy in tow or one goes flying past the kitchen door at 100 mph !! He has no idea of personal space and will tend to launch on top of u or force himself in a space however small he will make room He's a accomplished thief and thinks nothing of running off with a liver cake straight out of the oven and I end up wrestling him on the bed to retrieve it from his jaws or what's left of it !!!! He needs guidance but he wants to be a good boy he just doesn't quite get how to do it. Outdoors is a work in progress and he accepted fiver indoors and has been respectful of her when she tells him off and that happens quite a bit he can't understand why she doesn't want to play with him. We are working on the walking still we are practising turning etc to try get him listening more than locking his sight on the oncoming dog so we are a work in progress but small steps but he lives happily with snarlin and fiver and was good with flops he just gets ott. But as for a cuddle monster he is fab as I type he is upside down next to me head resting on my lap whilst he snores x

He is a cheeky loveable rogue bless him he loves people and would love to have someone to love him and curl up with him he happily sleeps on the bed curled up with Ian during the day he likes to have a part of him touching u he usually has his head resting on Ian's legs he really is a sweetie he just needs somebody to give him a chance and help point him in the right direction he loves Lottie and fiver he can get ott with them but does respond to being out back in his place Lottie only has to curl her lip and he leaves her alone. He happily amuses himself with balls etc and hasn't been destructive with anything he shouldn't have been indoors.
