She is an absolute poppet Sue. We don't know we have her. She is one of those dogs that plants herself where she can see everything and whenever you look round at her she raises her head and wags her tail in expectation of a stroke or cuddle. Another plus for Honey this week, I sat and cut her toenails and you would have thought that I was pampering her. She just wagged her tail and watched me. They need a couple more cuts as they have been allowed to get too long, but with black nails it is going to be little and often. We have several visitors coming and going and she is loving with all of them, including the toddlers on Thursday who were loud and giggling. She just loved it. I took her out for a walk on her own on Friday, and she didn't pull on the lead. I think it must be when the girlies are off and she is on the lead with me. She just wants to be with them. This doglet is just wonderful.

Honey is so lovely! What a super temperament she has. Someone will be very lucky to have her. Wish it could be me, but I know my limitations!

She had to pop to Anil on Tuesday, as she mended leg was a little swollen and she was holding it up. She has been playing with Bree a little too much and must have jumped off the sofa, but all doing okay on anti-inflammatories now. She has her second vax tomorrow and her next x-ray next week. She truly is a lovely girlie. We love her to bits and she is going to break our hearts when she goes. It will be a very special home. And no... Mummy chook also knows her limitations and 6 permanents are enough. We always seem to have two fosters in and the odd day care as well. Too much. Whoever adopts Honey will be rewarded with loyalty and love.

I met Honey yesterday. She is yummy. So peaceful and gentle. I offered to swap Ozzy for Honey so that she could have a rest from the naughty Bree but Jenny wasn't having any of it. And Ozzy would have such a nice time with Tag and Milo as well...

Sorry peeps, such a busy day today. Honey went in for x-rays this morning and a dental. She came home with me around 3.30 p.m. Anil needs to get the first set of x-rays from the vet hospital before he can compare them. So will ring Friday with his findings. Little moo loves to jump from sofa to sofa at the mo She came home today feeling sorry for herself and cried in the car. but a scrambled egg and tlc later she is back to her normal self. Lovely white teeth now, and has had lots of cuddles. She is now allowed 3 on lead walks a day and is looking so much more comfortable on that front leg.

The results of the X-Rays show that the leg is healing well. The plate has held tight and the ulna has healed well. The radius is knitting well too. She can now go out for walks on lead 3 times a day ;D It's still early days, but we are now going to start seeing if that special home is out there for her.

Wonderful news Jenny. I had the pleasure of meeting this beautiful lady yesterday, she is even better looking in "the flesh", quite a magnificant hound with a a gentle nature. Whoever gets her is getting one very special dog
