I met with Ronnie again yesterday. I helped with his transport run all those months ago and even then I thought he was special. So trusting, loving and laid back. I have seen him a few times since and one summer evening when he had to be in the crate and everyone else was having fun outside, he was totally lovable and trusting, but it was what he had to go through to enable him to get better - to the stage we are at now. As Jenny said when he was first let off the lead he spent the first few minutes just mooching about and suddenly the penny droped and he was off. To me he looked as if he was laughing with joy as he stretched out and enjoyed being free at last. He was very tired afterwards but was still brilliant when we went indoors and little Saffie was all over him, biting and encouraging him to play. He just said 'whatever' and let her get on with it. So cool, so trusting, so gorgeous. He is a very special dog and anyone who is fortunate enough to rehome him will be very lucky.

I want Ronnie!
Can't flipping have him, but if I could, I SO would.
He is so special. Really. You only have to spend some time with him. He's quiet, friendly, handsome, good with other dogs, always up for a cuddle and will soon be running like the wind again.

Goes all night and still not bothered until he is ready in the mornings. He's off-lead for 5 minutes a day now Karla, and goes like the wind. He is such a beautiful stunning lad, and inside as well as out. He loves every hound that visits and every hound he meets and is so faithful. Want a dog with ace recall - Ronnie is your man, but the braking system needs working on. ;D ;D

"What no breakfast in bed?" there appears to be a cuppa & box of biscuits in the 4th & 6th pictures, so someone had brekkie in bed / midnight snack We've met Ronnie a few times & he is a super little poppet. xx
