Beautiful piccies, thanks, Judy. ;D He does seem to grow extremely fast which is no wonder as Judy is not only giving him lots of love and care, but most likely the very best her larder has on offer! ;D You are doing a fantastic job with little Freddie!! Viviane. X

He's getting a bit better Sandra but we are still having to be very vigilant. Freddie has learned early on to give him a wide berth The little lad just loves the snow. Will try to get some photos later today. He has put a nice bit of weight on now. Weighs in at about 6.70kgs. He is a quick learner and seems very eager to please. We love him dearly but will be thrilled for him when he finds his very own family.

Just a quick update on our little Freddie. Not much to add from last time really. He continues to be a real little poppet and has settled very well into our routine here. He loves his walks and playtime and this helps settle him very well during the day. He sleeps all through the night without a peep then in the morning once he has fed wee'd and poo'd he tucks himself somewhere cosy and goes back to sleep. He is virtually clean and dry all day. Nightime is a bit hit and miss but I don't think he cries to go out. I sleep very lightly and would hear him if did, but he's only a baby yet. I'm sure he'll get the hang of it soon. His recall is very, very good. He is such a foodie so this has made training so much easier. He now comes running to the whistle, even when he is distracted by something evil that smells so nice in the grass or hedgerow!! He now travels beautifully in the car. Not a peep out of him. He walks very well on lead for such a youngster. Gets a bit excited when he has to be on and our two are off playing but I'm working on this. He is going to be a fabulous fun loving addition to some lucky family out there.... Sorry about the quality of the photos....he hasn't really got green eyes!!

What lovely photos and update. He is gorgeous and I am surprised that he has not been snapped up and is laying on his forever sofa before now. You are doing wonders, he looks great. I love that photo of him by the fire - a lovely contented babe.

If I didn't already have a 'full house' I could easily arrange a kidnap!!!Don't think there's enough room on the bed though unless I move into the spare room! I have a live version of your door stop, Tatty is the spitting image.

Time for an update on this lovely little lad.. He continues to flourish well and is well and truly ready to settle into a new loving home. Being only young he obviously needs someone around all the time. We obviously have to leave him for shopping trips etc.. The longest has been 4 hours when we got stuck in horrendous traffic just before Christmas I was tearing my hair out by then but when we got home there had been no accidents or damage He could be an only dog providing he was able to keep up plenty of socialising outside. He can sometimes be a bit wary meeting new dogs by barking at them first then realising quite quickly they are great fun to play with. Ideally he would love a young playmate to live with who could carry on teaching him doggie etiquette as our two have been doing. He has probably learnt more from them than us!! He seems ok with children that he has met whilst out. Unfortunately we haven't had any of the grandchildren round to test him indoors but he always seems very keen to meet them on his walks. He adores people and absolutely loves his cuddles. His manners are improving daily. He walks pretty well on the lead. Pulls a bit when excited and wants to jump up and greet everyone who passes by so continued training is a must. He is clean and dry indoors during the day with only a very rare accident. Night times have improved greatly although he does wake us pretty early His recall is excellent, even if he has the distraction of another dog we have managed to call him back. I don't know what he is like with cats. Normally they are a problem in our garden but haven't seen any in here for days. Having said that he is young enough to learn to live peacefully with them. He sits politely waiting for his meals. He still scoffs his food down as if he hasn't eaten for days but is putting weight on steadily. He now weighs in at around 10kgs. I haven't been able to test him out eating in the same room as our two as they are fed on the raw diet and are not very good at sharing so if he were to live with another dog, feeding together would have to done with care initially. He is a quick learner and is eager to please. Freddie is a dear little fun loving chap who needs a loving family who will be comitted to the hard but rewarding work that a pup entails.

There may be a couple of offers on the table if we can get the homechecks sorted.
