Just to add that Wren is happily living with two cats .... she does go over to them and ask them to play but I either give a firm 'No' command and she will back away or else the cats give a swipe and then she definately backs away ;D So she could quite easily live with cats

Not much to report really - she is a little treasure .... if you catch the signs quick enough and stick to a routine then she pees and poos outside 90% of the time .... havent found anything she is scared of yet, even quite likes the hoover and hairdrier ... She loves to play with Elly and can quite easily duff her up ... she does like to play like a true lurcher, but when told off she backs away easily. She is still sleeping in her crate at night - but now wakes at about 3am to be let out for a pee ... she then takes about 10 mins to settle back own again but will sleep through till 7.30 - yay Her favourite thing in the world is sleeping on the sofa .... in true lurcher roaching style .... so homes that dont like dogs on furniture would struggle with keeping her off ;D She is still very very good with the kids but she obviously is still very jumpy and will nip and scratch ... but this wont last for long. She is extremely good with my cats .. doesnt pester them much and just ignores them most of the time (but my cats dont do much). She is also very clever - she already sits for treats and her dinner and recalls to her name EVERY time ... so outside her recall should be very good. Just thought I'd add if she goes to a home with another dog then it would have to be a very tolerant dog - she does like to just climb straight over them ..... but she would also be fine as an only dog as long as someone was around most of the time. She loves human company. I am thoroughly enjoying having her here

Isn't it funny how they love to squidge themselves down the back of the cushions. Freddie does exactly the same thing. You are doing a great job Kate. She is just adorable xx
