I looked after Ruby this afternoon for Tanya and you can really tell the difference in her weight now .... just shows what good food, love and attention can do for a dog ..... She was very meak and quiet when she arrived with her ears always very flat ... now ears up and very happy xxxx

Oh no which one of Penny's stitched areas got infected ... the vets had a 'hard' time spaying her as her ' bits' were not easy to locate due to it only being the size of that of a pup for some reason She had a larger wound site than would be normal and had to actually have one of the stitches removed after 2 days due to it 'pinching' when she walked or tried to stretch Not sure why both Penny & Ben have had such a prolonged difficulty with their digestive systems as they were both on cooked pasta and Beta nuts with sardines added to them every third or fourth day Penny came to me from a cruelty case and it was due to her having been confined with 2 male staffies that I got her spayed before she had much weight put on as I was worried that she may have been 'in the family way' which would've been a bad predicament for her .... In hindsight I probably should've left her to put on condition first but its easy to think things like that afterwards ................... I'm glad to hear she is continuing to drop her levels of fear ... mental stability will be truly the making of her Best of luck in your new life "Pretty Penny" may you never know fear or torment again

Hi Sheena, nice to see you on here ..... it was one end of her scar that was swollen and pussie .. yuck ... but a couple of days on AB's and it healed well ... she is eating really well now and all is solid so i think it was just stress in her case She has a totally rotten tooth as well so that is being removed tomorrow and then hopefully that will be all for little Ruby She is really coming out of her shell and even plays with Cookie the Boxer now ... they get on brilliantly and Tanya is so chuffed with her ;D her recall is great and she is a real smasher - thanks for sending her over Kate
