Boyce has come into us through a private home where he was much loved and so very well looked after. Through personal circumstances the owners have had to re-home Boyce. He is currently in foster with Missysmum and has settled in well today. A beautiful boy. Around 22 inches at the shoulder and a pedigree whippet. Boyce will be neutered this Friday. All his vax and treatement are currently up to date. He will be assessed for the next two weeks.

He's actually quite a good boy so far! The only "downer" is the two lumps at his rear end and they are going this week. Both my two have been fine with him, a slight growl from Robbie who did not want to share his bed. Missy has played with him and no nastiness and she's been a bit flighty as she's lifting her back leg for him to sniff underneath. Boyce met loads of dogs over at Mistley field today. He had to stay on lead as we are told he has zero recall, but he greeted all the dogs with a waggy tail and didn't complain at all. Currently he's very strong on the lead but no doubt this will settle in time and it's certainly something I will work on. Tonight he ate his Burns Chicken & Brown Rice with one spoon of Butchers on it very up nicely, slower than my two but not as slow as Blue was! We ate dinner on our laps tonight and he did not beg (just as well, he wouldn't get any!). Obviously the updates in days to come will be a fuller indication of what this stunner is like but so far can't find much wrong!! I took a long video but although I managed to get it onto Photobucket after hours!!!!! it won't play on here so will try again tomorrow with a smaller size video

WOW. WOWOWOWOWOW. Lily thinks she's in lurve and Moth's sulking - although he says he could be too. He'll find somewhere soon - looks like Sue's getting a taste for these whippety fosters! Good luck with him.

We had a good night with Boyce. He slept in dining room with our two, no crying or complaints and no "mistakes" on floor, and no chewing either. Russ is off today so he took them on an early long walk over feilds. Boyce still a bit stong on lead but sits lovely at the kerb! He is so full of testosterone!!!!!!! Just will not stop trying to hump my two so it will be a relief when his gonads come off this Friday. Considering his persistance, I think my two are coping very well! He has a preference for Robbie - don't they all! He's got a very expressive face and a cute frown. When I came down today he stood on his hind legs and put his front legs on my shouders and gave me a lick - clearly his good morning !

Well aren't you getting all the handsome ones Sue Good luck with his op on Friday... boys always do take a liking for boys don't they When Reggie first came to us he was Mr Humpalot from dawn to dusk but it didn't take long for things to settle as soon as those gonads came off I bet SLR will be in-undated with applications for him, it's not often a true whippy comes into rescue
