If you add them together they are not even the same size as one of mine - pocket size pooches just like having one big one......

Sorry just want a little friend for my Fern, i know i can do two in my life, gardening[ my job], camping etc, i think three will tip the balance the wrong way sadly as they are very very sweet.

I was thinking the same, Gilly. Are there any news on lovely Harry and Daisy, please? These two are such gorgeous little hounds. Viviane. X

We've had some interest, but not for two dogs. And we are not splitting them up.

The situation is getting dire for Harry and Daisy. Their owner really needs to sort this by May. They have a lovely beach walk every morning, very early, which tires them out, and this has been helping, but in May she has to go away for ten days, and is worried that the routine of wearing them out cannot be kept up and they will become destructive again on her return.
She knows her situation is not good for them.
Out there is a lovely seaside home just waiting for two lovely whippey Lurchers.

Jenny, in what way are they not good with horses? We do have horses but they dont mix with the dogs at all. IF you think the little loves could cope with 4 larger hounds and a houndlet and no-one comes forward I'll foster them with a view to failing. I loved them when I first saw them but didnt think they would cope here with the boisterous black girls we have already as Jade and Rosie can be complete ruffians at times! ps do I get a quantity discount?

I don't know about a discount, but gold medals could be up. I will get Fran to email you and you can talk about all their foibles and see if there is a chance that you are the place for them. At this rate, you will have more than me, or EVEN LAURIE.

Ooohh fingers crossed xx I reacon these two could probably hold their own with your current dogs and would probably love the extra company my little Pip could before she died, despite her disability, and in her younger days was the boss of the two dobes I had but the last thing I want is for them to be chased badly or roughed up, the two black girls here are very boisterous at times and forget their manners totally!

Could they do a weekend visit to see how they get on? I am sure they will love it!

its rather too far for a weekend visit, Jade and Rosie are only hooligans when they are out running in the fields or sometimes the yard so if needs be they can go out for their run separately, probably with Uncle Fenton who will also be responsible for showing Fly and Pippin (shortly to be Pickle) where all the best bits of the fields are, where the water butt is, where the mud is and, most importantly where the best poo is to roll in and/or eat (if I'm not quick enough) - UGH
