She was as good as gold in the crate on the way to her foster mum and dad. A few little cries which soon stopped with a little finger through the crate. She would lick my fingers and place her paw on my hand while I looked ahead at the road. Considering she had only just been parted from her siblings I thought she showed amazing trust. She has a bright fantastic character and eyes that can melt stone. Some lucky people will gain this amazing little lady as a friend for life.

Sounds just as lovely as her siblings, who sang to me a little on the way south, but not much and settled well. Here's the photo upright. If you wish, you may use the image file link in the opening post.

Indi arrived with us on Saturday. She is adorable, bouncy, cheeky and very lovable. Dotty has been quite grumpy with her, really told her off. It didn't take Indi long to know to give her a wide berth. Saturday night was the first night she was away from her brothers and sisters and she was quite winney but did settle, eventually.
On Chrstmas day we went to my brothers, they have 2 dogs and a huge garden. Fun was had by all the young ones chasing around the garden.

Great news. Settling into a new pack environment instead on being a forever pup hooligan is a good life lesson for her. As for Dotty, who doesnβt Need a stern matriarch in their life to let them know their place in the grand scheme of things LOL
All the best Rob π

Ooh ek! I think this one had the name Dakota, i.e. Dakky! Indie was the one that went to Lorraine and Phil in the end and was renamed Ivy. You can keep it at Indi Fiona, but it may confuse M.C. xxx

Agh!! Confused. Indi is now Ivy, and this one is now Indi (although her vac cards suggests she always was?) Is the boy pup still Dakky? Perhaps a drink might make things clearer? xx

With 4 dogs flying out the door on Saturday there was always the possibility of papers and names getting crossed up. Might be worth getting their microchips cross referenced against the bar code on their vacs card when they next visit the vet.
All the best

Can each of you fosters with the pups get them scanned at the Vets for me, and ask the Vet to make a note of the number against the vacs certificate xx

What is known about her lineage? Is she likely to stay smooth or become rough-coated as she grows?
