He's handsome, looks nice and sturdy (like my Lilly) and that slightly ticker coat that I can see will probably mean (we can hope) a bit less prone to cuts and grazes during zoomies! He has a lovely gentle look in his eyes.

Oh gosh. He is a stunner. Perhaps Lance is short of Lancelot? A gentle knightly hound? Might need to lock up the queen until after his op though?! LoL

He has a lovely gentle look in his eyes. That thick coat might be kennel coat and fall out once he gets indoors. Get a grooming mitt ready Claire. Well done for stepping up to foster him.

Oh hadn't thought of that - you could be right. But I just want to run my fingers through that fur on the front of his neck

Well, Lance (not responsive to name so could be changed!) has settled in very well. His fur is super soft, and thicker than my Izzy’s. He is so chilled out... a little timid, so it will be interesting to see if that changes over the next 48hours. He LOVES my boys (10 and 6)...so gentle with them. He has had great fun with Izzy since being here. He is going to make an AMAZING family pooch! He’s really responsive and just loves everyone. He’s super sleepy from a busy day! Will update over the weekend.
