We are being asked if we can take Willow. She came into them on the 2nd November. As the kennels predominantly help Staffies they are not finding it easy to get her a home so are asking for Rescue places. She is 2/3 yeas old, very lovable and good with people and dogs. She is very white, very pretty and very saluki like. Let me know if you can foster?

Really good of them to ask around as she could stay there for ages. I've seen this in the past with specialised rescues who have a Staffie say, in a greyhound rescue. Who would think of looking at their website for that.

Willow will be coming to us for fostering tomorrow. Donna has done a brilliant job organising transport from Norfolk to Portsmouth. Thank you also to all the volunteer drivers that are transporting her down. Quite a journey. Take care everyone and have a safe journey. Will put up photos of Willow when we have got everyone settled.

I picked Willow up this afternoon. She travelled beautifully in the car and seems to be coping really well :-) She was a bit timid, but seems generally unphased by all the dogs. She's done poos and wees - and zoomies! :-) She's eaten a hearty dinner and thinks Grace is ace too :-) I'm sorry she isn't staying longer :-(

Wow, what a wonderful pic Claire, hadn't realised Willow was going to be with you to start her journey tomorrow, how lovely. She looks delightful. Can't wait to meet her. It will be a long journey for her and for all the drivers also. Take care and have a safe journey. Thank you Carol and Marty -over the wet bit

She was on her way on time to the ferry and wait until you meet her as she's even more stunning than the latest picture. Oh, so very sweet.

I have to agree Heather she is a really lovely girly. Shame it was such a chilly day today because once again she was reluctant to get out of the car but once I had lifted her out she trotted off with her coat on and I'm sure by now she is tucked up all cosy on the iow :-) Beautiful girl, have fun, I have a feeling you are going to be very spoilt x

You are so right Emma, she is gorgeous. Thank you so much for getting her down to meet me at the Ferry. Such a shame I had to rush off with her, but didn't really want to wait another hour in the cold. It was lovely to meet you and the family. Hope you had a good journey home. Had their tea, had a wee and now a quiet evening for all involved. Thank you again. Take care Love Carol & Marty xx Willow send a big too.

She's a real beauty. So well done for that long journey and commitment to help her on her way. She's going to be in her element and hopefully it won't be too long before someone wants to adopt her

Wow, Claire, what a terrific pic. I guess you are missing her, she is delightful. Thank you so much for the very long journey you took to help her on her way. She seems settled after her chicken dinner and our other four seem chilled out too. She slept all the way home from the ferry in the car with our other four, bless her. Pics up tomorrow. Thank you again Love Carol& Marty and a big kissfrom willow.
